Quiet Hour (11am to 12pm): A gentler experience with low visitor numbers, no music or performances, and sensory-aware suppliers who will only engage if invited.
General admission: Choose between 12-2pm or 2-4pm sessions to manage flow. Stay as long as you like.
VIP ticket holders: receive an exclusive VIP tote bag packed with gifts, samples, and show-only offers worth over £50, including treasures from businesses who can’t attend in person.

The Merchant Adventurers’ Hall is set over 2 floors however it is fully accessible.
There is a gradual ramp to the lower floor and a lift for access to the second floor
