Why join our Dark Wedding Fairs?

Our shows are one of a kind; dark, gothic, atmospheric and most importantly brimming to the rafters with the best and most authentic wedding suppliers.

Dark Wedding Collective fairs are not traditional wedding shows.

They’re curated spaces built for the alternative community and couples who want artistry, authenticity, and for suppliers who celebrate who they are without judgement.

If you’re a designer, maker, performer, photographer, or wedding specialist who thrives outside the mainstream, this is where you belong.

Here, your work isn’t “niche.”
It’s celebrated, understood, and sought after.

What makes our fairs different?

What you get when you exhibit with us:

  • We’re selective about the businesses that join the shows. We put limits on how many of each field can exhibit and try to choose businesses with wildly different USP’s where possible.

All suppliers have a chance to get involved on the day; we create feature displays that showcase how suppliers work together to create magic. There are also roaming catwalks and performance slots to add to the vibe of the day

It’s not about squeezing in every exhibitor…

We pride ourselves on designing a show that works for everyone.

There’s nothing worse than finding yourself hemmed into a corner or hidden and blocked from view

We create a space that flows and allows people to stop and chat without blocking access for anyone else.

  • Exhibitor badges build instant trust - when couples see them, they know you’re recognised, reputable, and actively involved in the scene. Add these badges to your website, email footers and flyers

Show artwork: the official show posters and social media assets that will be easily identifiable across all platforms and exhibitors.

Overlays and brand specific artwork - There’s nothing worse that posters that don’t sit well on your feed or vibe with your followers and it’s difficult to share artwork that may showcase competitors, we get it.

We create artwork to advertise your participation using your images and branding and include overlays you can use on any of your images

  • Available in 2 formats:

Printed A5 show guide available at the show

Digital show guide: designed for smart phones and including all your contact information and clickable links, as well as all the event information and itinerary.

The digital show guide is sent to all ticket holders the day of the event, and is available to anyone after the show

  • we create 50 goody bags for our VIPS and ALWAYS sell out!

We encourage you to take advantage of getting your brand in front of these couples where they can take the time to get to know your business in the comfort of their own home

  • (usually £60 a year) plus the opportunity to upgrade to level 2 or level 3 with £60 off those packages

  • We plan to ramp up advertising for the show in the 3 months leading up to the event and will showcase each supplier at least once each month.

Collaboration posts: Where the post is shown directly to both you and our audiences simultaneously and you get notified of any interactions and questions directly. Proven to increase traffic and likelihood of new followers

Boost your posts: If you feel your DWC posts are doing well, you can choose to boost it to promote it further to widen your audience. You set the budget and duration and we’ll push it to the right demographic.

  • It’s up to you whether you want to invite a particular couple or whether you want to run a competition to find the perfect clients. We have artwork you can use or you can create your own way of giving them away. It’s up to you

  • Whether it’s your first or 50th wedding fair, it’s easy to come away wondering if you’ve captured people’s imagination.

We’ve created guides on how to design and stand that demands attention and opens conversation, along side a guide on how to spark up conversation and get the most out of the event.

  • We genuinely want you to book loads of clients and have an amazing time doing it. We are here to help

We don’t believe in competition - collaboration is the only way to go, and we’re proud of the community we are part of

  • " Thank you for the amazing show! Everyone who came along were wonderful, there was a lovely mix of exhibitors and nothing felt too over saturated and it was overall so lovely. Thus far I've had 9 booking and 3 enquiries from the show alone, which is the best I've had from any show I've done to date."

    Rosie Roberts Beauty

  • "Fantastic. I've had two enquiries on the monday and one of them booked and paid deposit on Friday, the other I'm sourcing fabric samples for. I've never had this response from a wedding fair before. It obviously attracted our kind of clients, I really can't wait to do another."
