When we first began imagining our Wuthering Heights inspired editorial, we knew we didn't simply want to recreate scenes from Emily Brontë's novel. Instead, we asked ourselves a different question.

What if Catherine and Heathcliff had been given the ending they never received?

Not a grand ballroom celebration or a lavish society wedding, but a ceremony woven from windswept moorland grasses, ancient promises and enduring devotion. A wedding where love had outlasted grief, where two souls finally found peace together.

Every supplier approached this concept with remarkable generosity and creativity. Rather than creating beautiful pieces in isolation, each maker became another storyteller, adding their own chapter to a narrative that felt hauntingly familiar and yet entirely new.

But despite being remembered as one of literature's greatest love stories, there is one wedding that never happens; Catherine Earnshaw and Heathcliff never stand together before family and friends.
