FAQs

  • We have a shop based in Carlisle that is open 5 days a week. But we also have a website which we ship worldwide from!

  • Providing we have everything in stock it can take a couple of weeks to a month depending on how busy we are. The business as a whole has two employees - only one of which makes the jewellery, so things take a little longer compared to a larger business! We always advise ordering as early as possible, as sometimes due to being busy we do have to close commissions.

  • Yes - all crystals and crystal jewellery by Luna Amatores are genuine AND responsibly sourced! If any crystal has been altered by man (eg heat treated or coated to change its colour) - that will ALWAYS be in the description!
